Vince came to us on a recommendation from friends and we were very thankful for this. Vince provided us with ammazing service and provided detailed recommendations. He researched and provided us guidance on the available homes and property in our search area. This process included options that included potentially buying raw land to build. Vince provided us with the knowledge to understand conversation grants and even identify local builders. Ultimately, we decided to purchase the estate from one of our neighbours who had passed away. This process ended up being more complicated than expected but Vince guided us through every step up to and beyond closing. Vince's professionalism and expertise are exceptional but his personal touch and passion for his job are beyond measurement. Vince contjnues to check in on things and is treated like family.
